Shipping & Returns Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
WALLORE offers Express shipping to all of Europe/North America. Estimated delivery time with Express shipping is 3-4 business days. Delivery time frames vary from country to country
Please note the estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout and above are not guaranteed. These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. WALLORE will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier issues.
If you miss your delivery you will receive a calling card from shipping company which will give instructions on what to do next.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WALLORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are not the responsibility of WALLORE (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs and taxes are charged once the product reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the product.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as taxes, customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any products returned to WALLORE due to unpaid taxes, customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund.
WALLORE is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, file a claim with shipment carrier at the moment of delivery and please contact with our customer support. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide with some restricted areas and countries.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are having trouble with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned item must be in the original packaging.
Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit. If your return does not meet this criteria this policy will not apply.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For the defective products we assure free returns.
On the other hand, 10% of the total amount will be deducted for returning the items that are not defective for shipping costs.
